• Company excursions

• Extended charters

Service availability is subject to conditions and may change. We retain the authority to alter or cease offerings at our discretion.

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Booking Process

To reserve a charter, you are required to:

• Attain a minimum age of 18 years
• Provide valid and complete details
• Make the necessary deposit as indicated in the booking confirmation
• Consent to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 Confirmation

Confirmation of your booking is contingent upon the payment receipt and our subsequent written confirmation. At our discretion, we hold the right to decline service to any individual.

3.3 Availability

Each charter is pending yacht accessibility and favorable weather. We will attempt to honor your chosen dates and timelines to the best of our ability.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Pricing

All price quotes are in $ and include all relevant taxes unless specified otherwise. Prices may be updated without prior notification.

4.2 Payment Schedule

• Deposit: Half of the total charter fee is due upon booking
• Final Amount: Due two days prior to charter departure
• Extra costs (if any): To be paid at the end of the charter

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted methods of payment include significant credit cards, bank wire transfers, and certified cheques. Payments are processed using secure and encrypted measures.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1 Customer Cancellations

• Over 72 hours before the departure time: Full refund minus processing fees
• From 24 to 72 hours before the departure: Half-refund
• Within 24 hours of departure: Non-refundable

5.2 Weather Cancellations

In the case of unsafe weather as determined by our captain, the options are to:

• Reschedule your charter to a later available slot without additional fees
• Offer a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

5.3 Mechanical Issues

If the yacht appointed to your booking encounters mechanical issues, we will seek an alternative vessel. If a substitute is unattainable, a complete refund will be issued.

6. Safety and Conduct

6.1 Safety Requirements

Passengers are obligated to:

• Adhere to instructions from the crew
• Use the safety gear as instructed
• Disclose any medical conditions impacting their safety
• Stay within the designated areas aboard the vessel

6.2 Prohibited Items

The items below are not allowed onboard:

• Glass bottles
• Illegal substances
• Weapons or firearms
• Excessive quantities of non-alcoholic beverages (beyond reasonable consumption)
• Pets (unless given prior approval)

6.3 Conduct

Behavior amongst passengers should be courteous. We reserve the prerogative to conclude a charter prematurely, without issuing a refund, should the conduct of a passenger threaten safety or disrupt the experience of others.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Our Liability

Our accountability is restrained to the sum paid for your booking. We are not liable for:

• Injuries sustained due to personal negligence
• The theft or damage of personal belongings
• Indirect or punitive damages, or consequential loss
• Any delays due to weather or conditions not in our control

7.2 Insurance Coverage

Our vessels and operations are insured comprehensively. Passengers should ensure they have their personal and travel insurance.

7.3 Assumption of Risk

You consent, by engaging in our chartering services, that maritime activities come with innate risks, and you accept accountability for your safety and welfare.

8. Modifications and Itinerary Changes

We hold the authority to adjust itineraries, travel paths, or timetables as a result of weather factors, for safety, or due to operational stipulations. We will make efforts to offer alternatives of equivalent value.

9. Force Majeure

For events outside our reasonable control, we are not answerable for delays, cancellations, or alterations. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to:

• Extreme weather events
• Natural catastrophes
• Governmental decrees
• Harbor closures
• Vehicular malfunctions

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We manage your private information in line with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing to our services, you confer consent for your information's collection and usage as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

11. Intellectual Property

The content on our site, including texts, visual elements, trademarks, and logos, is safeguarded by copyright and trademark legislation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or derivation creation is prohibited without written assent.

12. Governing Law
